All our workshops & one-on-one coaching sessions are experiential in nature and we use a full range of visual aids and demonstration techniques. This results in accelerated learning and ensures participants go away with new skills that stay with them long after attending the course.

Video recording and playback are used in a highly sensitive manner, enabling maximum learning to take place.

A process of self-analysis and discovery is encouraged, together with feedback from other delegates and the trainer.

Course manuals are distributed throughout the training, thereby encouraging further consolidation of the material.
